Drontal® XL Wormer Tablets for Large Cats (over 4kg)

Drontal® XL Wormer Tablets for Cats are for the treatment of intestinal worms in cats and kittens over 6 weeks of age.

Please Note: The number of tablets per dose varies.

The recommended dose rates are 57.5mg/kg pyrantel embonate and 5mg/kg praziquantel. This is equivalent to 1 x Drontal® XL Wormer Tablet per 6kg body weight.

Frequency

Most cats need worming 4 times per year, but some will require monthly worming, whilst others may need treatment less often. Please consult your vet to assess the risk level of your pet and to plan a suitable worming regime.

Important Information

Not intended for use in kittens less than 6 weeks of age.

Not to be used during pregnancy but may be used during lactation.
