Contains activated charcoal to line the intestines and prevent toxins from being absorbed into the bloodstream. The first charcoal product to contain a cathartic which speeds up intestinal tract time to ensure toxins are removed more quickly.

Indicated for the first administration following toxin ingestion. In some cases repeated use of a plain activated charcoal may be required due to the nature of the poisoning, in this situation Carbodote Prime should be followed by Cobodote Repeat. This can be administered every four to six hours over 24 to 48 hours.

Administration – count the dots, wind the dial, and gently push the plunger.
One, 60ml syringe per 20kg (5ml/kg) – more concentrated than Carbodote liquid, therefore less volume to give.
